ludobd Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using our platform — by registering, you are considered to have accepted these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ludobd and its user ("you" or "user"). If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our platform.
1 Definitions and Interpretation
The key terms used in these conditions are defined as follows:
The ludobd website (ludobd.lat) and all its services, games, betting features, and related functionality.
A personal user profile registered on the platform, opened in a specific individual's name and non-transferable.
Any promotional credit, free bet, or additional funds provided by ludobd, usable subject to specific conditions.
The minimum number of times bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal. At ludobd this is 20 times.
2 Eligibility and Registration
To open an account and use the services on the ludobd platform, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
- You must open the account in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of someone else or as a representative.
- All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information will result in account cancellation.
- Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be suspended.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Sharing them with any third party is strictly prohibited.
- If documents are requested for identity verification (KYC), they must be submitted within the specified time.
3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
The following conditions apply to financial transactions on ludobd:

- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer
- Use only a payment method registered in your own name
- Third-party payments are not accepted
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
- Processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours
- Withdrawals will be approved once KYC verification is complete
- Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for deposit
In cases of suspicious or unusual transactions, ludobd reserves the right to request additional verification and may suspend the transaction if necessary.
4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
All bonuses and promotional offers from ludobd are governed by the following general terms and conditions:
- Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳17,000.
- The wagering requirement for all bonuses is 20 times. This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw it.
- Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period. Unused bonuses are automatically cancelled once they expire.
- Each user is eligible to receive each bonus offer only once. Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- ludobd reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any bonus offer. Changes will be announced on the website.
- If a breach of bonus terms is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings may be removed from the account.
5 VIP Program and Cashback
ludobd has three VIP tiers. Players can advance to higher tiers based on regular active play. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
Cashback is calculated weekly and credited to the account. Wagering conditions may also apply to cashback.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ludobd platform and any one of them will result in permanent account cancellation:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts, or using another person's account.
- Abusing the bonus system, or gaining unfair advantage through bonus arbitrage or bonus hunting.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to exploit the platform through hacking, software bots, or automated tools.
- Providing false identity information or operating an account using another person's identity.
- Misconduct, harassment, or threats directed at other users.
- Attempting to carry out fraudulent transactions through chargeback claims or payment fraud.
7 Account Suspension and Cancellation
ludobd reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or cancel any account in the following circumstances:
- If a breach of any provision of these terms and conditions is proven.
- If evidence of suspicious fraudulent activity is found.
- If KYC document verification fails or documents are not received within the specified time.
- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (as determined by the applicable policy).
- By order of a court or law enforcement authority.
In the event of account cancellation, legitimate funds (not bonuses) will be returned to the user, unless fraud is proven. If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact support.
8 Responsible Gaming

- Setting deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits if you wish.
- Temporary break: The option to temporarily suspend your account for a set period is available.
